Dinghy Racing

Flying Fifteens (below) are a regular sight at THYC. These double handed keel boats are renowned for their stability but still offer great excitement in heavier conditions.
The Laser (left) is one of the most commonly sailed dinghies world wide. It is sailed single handed and good second hand boats are easily available. Lasers are sailed nation wide in Class events and are a main stay of Olympic sailing in both the men's and women's events.
